EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Submit a withdrawal request
When submitting your request, please provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number or order reference
After submitting your request, you will be asked to confirm your withdrawal request before it is processed.
Once your request has been submitted, Krix will send an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase within the applicable withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
You must return the goods to Krix without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Goods made to your specifications
- Other products exempt under applicable EU consumer protection legislation
These exclusions will be clearly identified at the time of purchase where applicable.
